in a real hot temper now
ytr mummy was complaining why is my phone bill so ex
so i check the statements and realise i have
-auto roam
-sms plus services VAS
-ST colour me tone
all the above services which i did not want it
SINGTEL ARE DAMN SMART
as you guys knw
when you sign up for a line
they will give you a package like
free auto roaming for 3 months and so ~ e.g.
i wanted to deactivate it when way b4
but they didnt allow me to do so
they said only after the 3 months
i will have to call to deactivate it
smart them knowing that we busy sg will forget doing so
and so they charge me after that 3 months
i just hang up their call

'' thank you for waiting, all our customer service officers are busy at the moment, pls hold while we attend to you SHORTLY ''

i have been hearing this for more them 10 times
then finally one person attended me
last night was the best
then kept repeating that sentence above
and my fren told me : hey after 6 close liao
fcuk then they still record the ''pls hold''

me: i want to deactivate my auto roam
a: ok hold on while i check for you
background music* i knw that we all can be friends*

a: ok its deactivated
me: may i know what is the sms plus services vas for?
a: its for u to have EXTRA FREE smses
*dun just hear the ''extra'' and u think singtel is nice
me:but i already have the unlimited smses free
so i dun really nd that right?

seriously i want to complain
this is spam
i am lucky i only get charge for all this for 2 month bills
what about others who usually dun check their bill statements
they were sure to be spam by the full 2 yrs contract
